Apply by phone or online once we receive the Service Agreement and payment for the Filing and Processing Fee’s
We go to work for you…. Our Tax Appeal Specialist will do the following:
- Review your Tax Records and Exemptions regarding:
- Valuation. Would your property sell for the appraised amount?
- Uniformity. Is the appraisal uniform/equitable with other similar properties?
- Taxability. Is the property taxable?
- Exemptions. Have you recieved all the exemptions you are entitled to.
- Prepare a Broker Price Opinion as to the Fair Market Value using the following approaches:
- Comparable Sales Approach
- Cost Approach
- Income Approach
- Contact you to verify information and gather more if needed.
- Prepare and file your Tax Appeal
- If your Tax Appeal is accepted your taxes will be reduced.
- If your appeal is denied we will continue your appeal to the County Board of Equalization.
