Commercial Properties over $500,000: $100 plus 35% of the first year's tax savings.
Commercial Properties over $500,000: $100 plus 35% of the first year's tax savings.
Residential & Commercial Properties under $500,000: $200 plus 30% of first year's tax savings.
Tax Savings continue three years pursuant to OCGA 48-5-299(c).
